Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Sothebys in Cologne held the auction Contemporary Passions, which included the work Bachelor Still Life (2) by Hans Op de Beeck. The price achieved of EUR 8,820.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hans Op de Beeck have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Modern Family House in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 40,320.00 (€ 47,283.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in Köln die Auktion Contemporary Passions durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bachelor Still Life (2) von Hans Op de Beeck zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 8.820,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Op de Beeck auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Modern Family House im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 40.320,00 (€ 47.283,56).
