Die Arbeit Empire State Building, Winter von Guy Wiggins kam im März 2010 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 43.750,00 (€ 32.345,11) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Guy Wiggins auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The New York Stock Exchange im Dezember 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 374.400,00 (€ 316.162,81).
