Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Unknown by Gustav Klutsis was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 255.00 (€ 299.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gustav Klutsis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work LONG LIVE THE USSR in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 21,149.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Unknown von Gustav Klutsis kam im November 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 255,00 (€ 299,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 200,00 – 400,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gustav Klutsis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit LONG LIVE THE USSR im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 21.149,81).
