Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dessins Originaux by Guillaume Apollinaire was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in October 2017. The price achieved of EUR 6,875.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Guillaume Apollinaire have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Unknown in April 2004 with an auction result of EUR 56,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dessins Originaux von Guillaume Apollinaire kam im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.875,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Guillaume Apollinaire auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Unknown im April 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 56.400,00.
