In the Czech Avant-Garde Art from the Roy and Mary Cullen Collection auction, the work French Alkoholy Translated By Zdeněk Kalista. Prague: Edice Pásmo, 1933 sold for GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,728.75) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guillaume Apollinaire achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Unknown in April 2004 with an auction result of EUR 56,400.00.
