In the Old Master Pictures auction, the work Madonna con Bambino sold for EUR 7,150.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Guglielmo Caccia have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Holy Family with Saint Anthony Abbot and angels in July 2008 with an auction result of GBP 51,650.00 (€ 65,621.91).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Guglielmo Caccia erzielte im November 2008 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Master Pictures wurde die Arbeit Madonna con Bambino für EUR 7.150,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Guglielmo Caccia auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Holy Family with Saint Anthony Abbot and angels im Juli 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 51.650,00 (€ 65.621,91).
