The work Auto Photos Iii by Gretta Sarfaty was sold in the Contemporary Curated auction at Sothebys in London in September 2016. The auction ended at the price of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,737.19), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gretta Sarfaty - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Body Works 1, which sold at auction in November 2019 for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,816.29).

Die Arbeit Auto Photos Iii von Gretta Sarfaty wurde im September 2016 in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.737,19) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gretta Sarfaty mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Body Works 1 beobachtet, die im November 2019 für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.816,29) versteigert wurde.
