Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2020 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Mot blått" by Greta Gerell. It changed hands for a price of SEK 14,000.00 (€ 1,338.79) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of SEK 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Greta Gerell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Restaurant scene, Paris in October 2018 with an auction result of SEK 210,000.00 (€ 20,255.03).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2020 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Mot blått" von Greta Gerell zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von SEK 14.000,00 (€ 1.338,79) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Greta Gerell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Restaurant scene, Paris im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 210.000,00 (€ 20.255,03).
