Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Advanced Colored Pencil Techniques #6 by Greg Parma Smith for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,230.54). This price was achieved in the auction First Open: Post-War & Contemporary Art Online at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Greg Parma Smith have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in February 2016 by the work Vibrant Colour Pencil Techniques 2 at GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,484.82).
