Auction result well in line with expectations
In July this year Bonhams in London held the auction Photographs Now The Collector's Edition, which included the work Grace Jones in Hat, Los Angeles by Greg Gorman. The price achieved of USD 4,480.00 (€ 4,065.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Greg Gorman have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2006 the work Iman, Los Angeles, 1988 was auctioned for GBP 4,800.00 (€ 7,128.15).

Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Photographs Now The Collector's Edition durch, in der auch die Arbeit Grace Jones in Hat, Los Angeles von Greg Gorman zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.480,00 (€ 4.065,34) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Greg Gorman konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2006 die Arbeit Iman, Los Angeles, 1988 für GBP 4.800,00 (€ 7.128,15) versteigert.
