Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Still life with coffee pot and summer flowers by Grand Duchess Olga was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,767.82), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Admittedly, works by Grand Duchess Olga have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Self-portrait with easel; Four landscapes; and Floral study in June 2017 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 64,058.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Still life with coffee pot and summer flowers von Grand Duchess Olga kam im November 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 6.767,82) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Grand Duchess Olga auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Self-portrait with easel; Four landscapes; and Floral study im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 56.250,00 (€ 64.058,26).
