This artwork by Grand Duchess Olga achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in November 2015. In the Russian Art auction, the work Still Life With Azaleas, Amaryllis, Geraniums, Cornflowers And Daffodils sold for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 6,231.54) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Grand Duchess Olga achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Self-portrait with easel; Four landscapes; and Floral study in June 2017 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 64,058.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Grand Duchess Olga erzielte im November 2015 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Art wurde die Arbeit Still Life With Azaleas, Amaryllis, Geraniums, Cornflowers And Daffodils für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 6.231,54) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Grand Duchess Olga erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Self-portrait with easel; Four landscapes; and Floral study im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 56.250,00 (€ 64.058,26).
