Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sin Título by Gonzalo Cienfuegos was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2008. Here, the upper estimate of USD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 52,000.00 (€ 33,419.02). Other works by Gonzalo Cienfuegos have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 44,650.00 (€ 46,778.42) in June 2000 for the work Sin título.
