Hunt Collection auction, the work Lexington & 110Th Street (The Unseen Eye Is Watching You), 1947 sold for USD 1,125.00 (€ 965.91) - well above the upper estimate of USD 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Godfrey Frankel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Washington (Child At Lamp Post), which sold at auction in October 2019 for USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,361.72).
