This work of art by Glenn O. Coleman could be acquired at Christies in New York in June 2000 for an unexpectedly low price. In the American Paintings auction, the work Rockport changed hands for USD 2,585.00 (€ 2,708.22) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Glenn O. Coleman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Dock in May this year with an auction result of USD 42,240.00 (€ 39,647.08).
