Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ombra Di Due Travi Poggiate Mt. 5 by Giuseppe Uncini was auctioned at Christies in Milan in April 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 43,750.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Giuseppe Uncini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 278,500.00 (€ 389,551.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ombra Di Due Travi Poggiate Mt. 5 von Giuseppe Uncini kam im April 2018 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 43.750,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giuseppe Uncini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 278.500,00 (€ 389.551,94).
