Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2017 Christies in London held the auction on paper | online, which included the work Ombra di due parallelepipedi (Shadow of Two Parallelepipeds) by Giuseppe Uncini. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,187.50 (€ 1,347.23) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Uncini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 278,500.00 (€ 389,551.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion on paper | online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ombra di due parallelepipedi (Shadow of Two Parallelepipeds) von Giuseppe Uncini zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.187,50 (€ 1.347,23) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Uncini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 278.500,00 (€ 389.551,94).
