The work Senza titolo by Giulio Turcato was sold in the Un Folle Amore: The Agrati Collection auction at Christies in Milan in December last year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 6,300.00 26% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giulio Turcato achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grande Reticolo in November 2006 with an auction result of EUR 251,175.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Giulio Turcato wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion Un Folle Amore: The Agrati Collection bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.300,00 und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giulio Turcato erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grande Reticolo im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 251.175,00.
