Sold at the lower estimate price
In November this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Composizione by Giulio Turcato. The result of EUR 20,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giulio Turcato achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grande Reticolo in November 2006 with an auction result of EUR 251,175.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composizione von Giulio Turcato zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 20.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giulio Turcato erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grande Reticolo im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 251.175,00.
