In June 2014 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Senza titolo by Giovanni Frangi. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 450.00 50% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Frangi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Foresta Domestica in October 2012 with an auction result of EUR 31,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2014 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Giovanni Frangi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 450,00 und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Frangi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Foresta Domestica im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 31.000,00.
