This artwork by Giovanni Frangi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in May 2013. In the Moderrn and Contemporary Art auction, the work Assunta allo specchio sold for EUR 3,600.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,700.00. Admittedly, works by Giovanni Frangi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Foresta Domestica in October 2012 with an auction result of EUR 31,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Frangi erzielte im Mai 2013 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Moderrn and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Assunta allo specchio für EUR 3.600,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.700,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giovanni Frangi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Foresta Domestica im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 31.000,00.
