This artwork by Giovanni Boldini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in July 2020. In the Classic Art Evening Sale: Antiquity to 20th Century auction, the work Nudo di Giovane Seduta (Nudo color perla) sold for GBP 175,000.00 (€ 195,199.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 100,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Boldini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian portrait Of Giovinetta Errazuriz in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 6,578,500.00 (€ 5,046,409.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 75 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Boldini erzielte im Juli 2020 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Classic Art Evening Sale: Antiquity to 20th Century wurde die Arbeit Nudo di Giovane Seduta (Nudo color perla) für GBP 175.000,00 (€ 195.199,17) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 100.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Boldini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian portrait Of Giovinetta Errazuriz im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.578.500,00 (€ 5.046.409,94).
