Upper estimate price exceeded by 80 %.
This artwork by Giovanni Boldini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in June last year. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Cortile rustico sold for EUR 18,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Boldini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian portrait Of Giovinetta Errazuriz in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 6,578,500.00 (€ 5,046,409.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 80 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Boldini erzielte im Juni letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wurde die Arbeit Cortile rustico für EUR 18.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Boldini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian portrait Of Giovinetta Errazuriz im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.578.500,00 (€ 5.046.409,94).
