In July 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters Evening Sale, which included the work Christ Raises A Widow’S Son To Life At Naim by Giovanni Battista Naldini. The price achieved of GBP 118,750.00 (€ 133,144.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Other works by Giovanni Battista Naldini have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2014 the work The Holy Family With The Young Saint John The Baptist was auctioned for USD 293,000.00 (€ 217,037.04).
