Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of EUR 2,232.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,900.00 – 2,700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gillis Neyts achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A landscape with a monumental tree and an amorous couple in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 44,146.00).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.232,50 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.900,00 – 2.700,00 angegeben worden.
