In December 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Decostruzione by Gianpietro Carlesso. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 14,900.00 (€ 20,246.57), 49% above the upper estimate. Other works by Gianpietro Carlesso have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 34,850.00 (€ 38,878.42) in February 2010 for the work Curvatura Sette.

Im Dezember 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Decostruzione von Gianpietro Carlesso zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 14.900,00 (€ 20.246,57) und damit 49% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Gianpietro Carlesso haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 34.850,00 (€ 38.878,42) im Februar 2010 für die Arbeit Curvatura Sette beobachtet.
