Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ballet de Cybele, 1964 by Gianni Bertini was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Bonhams in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 3,187.50 (€ 3,560.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gianni Bertini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grip - 1965 in March 2019 with an auction result of EUR 57,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ballet de Cybele, 1964 von Gianni Bertini wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.187,50 (€ 3.560,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gianni Bertini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grip - 1965 im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 57.200,00.
