Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Natura morta by Gianni Bertini was sold in the Centuries of Beauty - A Refined Private Collection auction at Christies in Paris in June this year. The price achieved of EUR 2,520.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gianni Bertini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grip - 1965 in March 2019 with an auction result of EUR 57,200.00.
