In April 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master Paintings and Portrait Miniatures, which included the work Still Life With A Pewter Jug, Roemers And A Leg Of Ham, Together On A Table Draped With A White Tablecloth by Gerrit van Vucht. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,710.00 (€ 12,319.62), 34% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gerrit van Vucht - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Still Life With Smoking Attributes Such As Pipes And A Burner; And A Still Life With A Wine Glass And Sliced Herring On A Plate, which sold at auction in April 2020 for GBP 30,000.00 (€ 34,510.27).

Im April 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master Paintings and Portrait Miniatures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life With A Pewter Jug, Roemers And A Leg Of Ham, Together On A Table Draped With A White Tablecloth von Gerrit van Vucht zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.710,00 (€ 12.319,62) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Gerrit van Vucht mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Still Life With Smoking Attributes Such As Pipes And A Burner; And A Still Life With A Wine Glass And Sliced Herring On A Plate beobachtet, die im April 2020 für GBP 30.000,00 (€ 34.510,27) versteigert wurde.
