Admittedly, works by Gerrit Battem have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Winter Landscape With Figures On A Frozen Canal in July 2012 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 35,027.61).
