Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Georges Hillaireau achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in July 2008. In the Modern Art auction, the work Composition sold for EUR 620.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 300.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Georges Hillaireau; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Composition sold at auction in July 2008 with the realized price of EUR 867.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Georges Hillaireau erzielte im Juli 2008 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Composition für EUR 620,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 300,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Georges Hillaireau; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Composition im Juli 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 867,00.
