A top price for Georges Hillaireau
In July 2008 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Composition by Georges Hillaireau. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 867.00 45% above the upper estimate. With this result, Composition is even the most expensive work of art by Georges Hillaireau that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juli 2008 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Georges Hillaireau zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 867,00 und damit 45% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Composition sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Georges Hillaireau, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
