Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Mare à Aubergeville by Georges d' Espagnat was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Bonhams in London in October last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 31,800.00 (€ 37,046.65). Admittedly, works by Georges d' Espagnat have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les Rochers Rouges - Circa 1901 in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 336,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Mare à Aubergeville von Georges d' Espagnat wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 31.800,00 (€ 37.046,65) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Georges d' Espagnat auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les Rochers Rouges - Circa 1901 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 336.600,00.
