Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Le chantier - 1954 by Georges Bauquier was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in June this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,312.00. Admittedly, works by Georges Bauquier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Femme A La Table Et Au Livre - 1949 in April 2014 with an auction result of EUR 9,100.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Le chantier - 1954 von Georges Bauquier wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.312,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Georges Bauquier auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Femme A La Table Et Au Livre - 1949 im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.100,00.
