In October this year Bonhams in New York held the auction WeeklyHome | Bonhams Skinner, which included the work Marlene Dietrich And Humphrey Bogart Portfolio by George Hurrell. The price achieved of USD 896.00 (€ 847.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 800.00 – 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by George Hurrell have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Hurrell, Portfolio I in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 4,700.00 (€ 5,538.53).

Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion WeeklyHome | Bonhams Skinner durch, in der auch die Arbeit Marlene Dietrich And Humphrey Bogart Portfolio von George Hurrell zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 896,00 (€ 847,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 800,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden.
