The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,164.95) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, British A Fox Stalking Three Rabbits is the most expensive artwork by George Armfield that we have observed at auctions so far.
