A top price for Geneviève Asse - as previously expected
In December last year Christies in Paris held the auction Art contemporain, which included the work Ouverture Lumière by Geneviève Asse. The price achieved of EUR 37,800.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Ouverture Lumière is the most expensive artwork by Geneviève Asse that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Art contemporain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ouverture Lumière von Geneviève Asse zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 37.800,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Ouverture Lumière das teuerste Kunstwerk von Geneviève Asse, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
