Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans titre by Geneviève Asse was sold in the De l'avant-garde à nos jours auction at Bonhams in Paris in June last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 11,475.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Geneviève Asse - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ouverture Lumière, which sold at auction in December last year for EUR 37,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans titre von Geneviève Asse wurde im Juni letzten Jahres in der Auktion De l'avant-garde à nos jours bei Bonhams in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 11.475,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Geneviève Asse mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ouverture Lumière beobachtet, die im Dezember letzten Jahres für EUR 37.800,00 versteigert wurde.
