However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Harold Gaze - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fairies and Bubbles, which sold at auction in November 2002 for USD 5,975.00 (€ 6,015.91).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 4.375,00 (€ 2.951,89) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Für andere Arbeiten von Harold Gaze mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Fairies and Bubbles beobachtet, die im November 2002 für USD 5.975,00 (€ 6.015,91) versteigert wurde.
