Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Moonrise Over The Lake by Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko was sold in the Russian Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in London in June 2014. The price achieved of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 26,550.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Driving the wagons in a Crimean landscape in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 96,500.00 (€ 135,124.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Moonrise Over The Lake von Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko wurde im Juni 2014 in der Auktion Russian Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 26.550,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 18.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Driving the wagons in a Crimean landscape im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 96.500,00 (€ 135.124,97).
