This artwork by Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in June 2007. In the Russian Art auction, the work A Lake Seen Through Trees sold for GBP 72,000.00 (€ 106,844.38) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 35,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Driving the wagons in a Crimean landscape sold at auction in November 2007 with the realized price of GBP 96,500.00 (€ 135,124.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko erzielte im Juni 2007 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Art wurde die Arbeit A Lake Seen Through Trees für GBP 72.000,00 (€ 106.844,38) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 35.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Driving the wagons in a Crimean landscape im November 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 96.500,00 (€ 135.124,97).
