In the The Spring Classic Sale, Helsinki F163 auction, the work Winter (Kaporie Fortress). sold for EUR 8,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 4,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gavril Pavlovich Kondratenko achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Driving the wagons in a Crimean landscape in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 96,500.00 (€ 135,124.97).
