Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work La plage by Gaston Sébire was auctioned at Christies in New York in February 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 900.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,000.00 (€ 893.10). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gaston Sébire achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le matin au Canet in February 2007 with an auction result of USD 14,400.00 (€ 10,884.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit La plage von Gaston Sébire kam im Februar 2015 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 900,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.000,00 (€ 893,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gaston Sébire erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le matin au Canet im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 14.400,00 (€ 10.884,35).
