The price achieved of HKD 212,400.00 (€ 25,882.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 180,000.00 – 280,000.00. Other works by Gao Jianseng have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2011 the work Tower in the Mist was auctioned for HKD 350,000.00 (€ 33,483.24).
