The work The Moon by Ganesh Pyne was auctioned at Christies in September 2021. It achieved a price of USD 106,250.00 (€ 91,776.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Admittedly, works by Ganesh Pyne have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Slumberland in March last year with an auction result of USD 529,200.00 (€ 477,057.60).

Die Arbeit The Moon von Ganesh Pyne kam im September 2021 bei Christies zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 91.776,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ganesh Pyne auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Slumberland im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 529.200,00 (€ 477.057,60).
