It achieved a price of GBP 68,500.00 (€ 86,400.04), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 37%. Admittedly, works by Gabriele Ricciardelli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Lanterna del Molo, Naples, with figures, the bay and Vesuvius beyond in December 2006 with an auction result of GBP 299,200.00 (€ 444,050.25).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 68.500,00 (€ 86.400,04) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 37%.
