Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Five-character Poems in Cursive Script by Fu Shan was sold in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in June 2015. The price achieved of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 57,826.79) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fu Shan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seven-Character Poem In Cursive Script in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 12,040,000.00 (€ 1,141,525.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Five-character Poems in Cursive Script von Fu Shan wurde im Juni 2015 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 57.826,79) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fu Shan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seven-Character Poem In Cursive Script im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 12.040.000,00 (€ 1.141.525,80).
