Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Fu Shan achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2020. In the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings auction, the work Du Fu’S Poem In Running Script sold for HKD 250,000.00 (€ 27,390.86) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fu Shan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seven-Character Poem In Cursive Script in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 12,040,000.00 (€ 1,141,525.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Fu Shan erzielte im Juli 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Du Fu’S Poem In Running Script für HKD 250.000,00 (€ 27.390,86) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 120.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fu Shan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seven-Character Poem In Cursive Script im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 12.040.000,00 (€ 1.141.525,80).
