Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Modern paintings, sculptures and prints, which included the work Untitled, 2014 by Fredrik Værslev. The price achieved of DKK 45,000.00 (€ 6,041.21) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as DKK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fredrik Værslev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Canopy) in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 317,000.00 (€ 254,864.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Modern paintings, sculptures and prints durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled, 2014 von Fredrik Værslev zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von DKK 45.000,00 (€ 6.041,21) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit DKK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fredrik Værslev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Canopy) im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 317.000,00 (€ 254.864,13).
