In the Victorian & Traditionalist Pictures auction, the work A pedlar outside the Bull's Head sold for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,477.10) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Frederick George Pasmore; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The New Muzzle sold at auction in June 2005 with the realized price of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,446.19).
